CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. In order to provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding and support in respecting our time and commitment to each client.
